These Terms govern your use of Dabit (the "App"), a habit and challenge tracker provided by Elijah East. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You can delete your account at any time from within the App.
You agree not to:
The habits, challenges, notes, and other content you create are yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the App's features, such as syncing it across your devices and calculating your progress. We don't claim ownership of your content.
We work to keep the App available and your data synced, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We'll make reasonable efforts to preserve your data, but you're encouraged to keep your own records of anything important to you.
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could harm others, us, or our service.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Dabit is a tool for tracking personal habits and is not medical, health, or professional advice. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the extent permitted by law, Elijah East is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
